Tiny Owl

Big or tiny owls come in different shapes and sizes.

This is a small tiny owl. Isn’t it so cute? The owl is called a Pygmy Owl. This owl species is mostly made up of small owls, and some types of them are called “Owlets”. Most species of the Pygmy Owls are nocturnal and hunt mainly large insects and other smal prey. The Pygmy Owl species are members of the genus Glaucidium. They are a part of an owl family called Strigidea. Hope you like this owl!
